Is there really a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card required to start. We ask for a card when you sign up so Stripe can activate the subscription, but you aren't charged until day 15. Cancel anytime before that and you pay nothing.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Why AUD?

Peel is an Australian company, so we price in AUD. Stripe handles currency conversion automatically when you pay — you'll see your local currency at checkout.

What happens if my AWS spend exceeds the plan limit?

There is no cost limit on the AWS side — Peel prices per AWS account, not per dollar of spend. Whether you spend $500 or $500,000, the Peel price is the same for your tier.

Do you offer nonprofit or startup discounts?

Yes, for eligible early-stage startups and registered nonprofits. Email hello@peel.cloud with a short description of your organisation.

What's your refund policy?

If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription (after trial), contact us and we'll issue a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future charges at any time.
