Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Peel, a cloud cost intelligence service ("Peel", "we", "us") operated by Peel Pty Ltd, an Australian company. By signing up for a Peel account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Peel provides a dashboard, AI agents, alerts, and reports based on cost data we retrieve from your connected cloud provider accounts using a read-only IAM role. We do not have write access to your infrastructure. We do not store your cloud credentials — we assume a role using an External ID that you control.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate company and billing information.

4. Free trial and billing

Paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup; you will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, your subscription renews monthly at the then-current price for your selected tier. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Stripe processes all payments and handles currency conversion.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription following the trial, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service to infringe any law or third-party right;
attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits or access controls;
use the Service to monitor cloud accounts you do not own or have authorisation to monitor;
introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the Service.

7. Data

You retain all rights to your data. We process cost data on your behalf to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum describe how we handle your data in more detail.

8. Intellectual property

Peel and all associated trademarks, the Service, and all software underlying the Service are owned by Peel Pty Ltd. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable consumer protection legislation.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or if your payment is overdue by more than 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
